Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how VIPClub handles refunds for subscriptions purchased on thevipxclub.site.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not consumed substantial premium content during that window.

2. Recurring billing

Subscriptions auto-renew. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period has started; however you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current period.

3. Chargebacks

We treat chargebacks issued without prior contact as fraud and may permanently ban the associated account and email.

4. How to request

Send an email to support@thevipxclub.site from the account email, with subject "Refund request — [order id]". We respond within 2 business days.

5. Apple Pay / Google Pay

For wallet payments, refunds are processed via the same channel and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
